Initiated by President Ray Authement, the UL 69传媒 Teacher Tuition Incentive Program supports K-12 educators pursuing graduate studies.
Teacher Tuition Incentive Program awards are contingent on fund availability and specified requirements.
The Teacher Tuition Incentive Program is dependent upon the availability of funds each semester. Not all students who complete the application are guaranteed an award and receipt of a Teacher Tuition Incentive Award in a previous semester does not guarantee future awards.
Award amounts noted are a maximum amount and thus may be less dependent upon budget limitations and number of applications received.
Funding Levels & Priorities
Award amounts are subject to availability of funds. Pending final approval, funding will be awarded with the following priority considerations:
- Awards up to $2,000 to support enrollment in 6 hours of graduate credit (or $1,000 for 3 credit hours) by Doctoral Students
- Awards up to $1,200 to support enrollment in 6 hours of graduate credit (or $600 for 3 credit hours) by Advanced Master鈥檚 Students (i.e., those who have completed at least 12 graduate credit hours) in programs or concentrations delivered on campus
- Awards up to $1,000 to support enrollment in 6 hours of graduate credit (or $500 for 3 credit hours) by Advanced Master鈥檚 Students (i.e., those who have completed at least 12 graduate credit hours) in programs or concentrations delivered 100% online or hybrid
- Awards up to $500 to support enrollment in 3 hours of graduate credit for Early Master鈥檚 Students (i.e., those who have earned fewer than 12 graduate credit hours), Graduate Certificate Students, and Master鈥檚 +30 Students
