International Student Costs and Financial Requirements

Issuance of a certificate for eligibility (Form I-20 or DS2019) requires that international students pursuing graduate studies on a F-1 or J-1 visa provide financial documentation using the International Confidential Financial Information Form to show enough funds for one year of graduate study at UL 69传媒.

To expedite the processing of your application materials and, if admitted, the issuance of an I-20, we recommend providing all immigration and financial documentation at the time of application rather than waiting for admission or funding offers.

Below are the estimated costs for the upcoming academic year that must be met before issuance of a certificate for eligibility (Form I-20 or DS2019).

Tuition and Fees (non-resident, international)$25,576
Living Expenses                                               $9,386
Books and Supplies                                         $1300
Mandatory International Health Insurance      $1818
TOTAL                                                              $38,080
___________________________________________

Your total minimum expected financial responsibility is $38,080. This includes your tuition and fees, living expenses, books and supplies, and mandatory international health insurance.

Add $2,000 for a dependent spouse and $1,000 for each dependent child. For example, if you plan to bring your spouse and one child as dependents, you will need to document $38,080 + $3,000 = $41,080.

These estimated expenses are for graduate-level students for the 2024-2025 year (based on a 9-hour graduate enrollment in the Fall and Spring semesters). This estimate is based on the fall and spring semesters ONLY.

In the event of an increase in tuition and/or fees, students are responsible for added costs. We recommend documenting 10-15% more funds than the minimum required.
