Bourgeois Hall is the student rec center, where you’ll find a student fitness center with new equipment, a rock wall, and plenty of rooms filled with a variety of fitness classes.
Student Health Services
We offer the special care you need to feel your best — right on campus. Our healthcare professionals and new facilities are available to you for a variety of services, including care for minor illnesses, minor injuries, minor surgeries and procedures, women’s health, and more.
Counseling & Testing
College life isn’t always easy. You may need to talk to someone along the way about your experiences, relationships, or even anxiety. Our Counseling and Testing Center provides personal counseling, crisis intervention, and short-term psychotherapy free of charge to University students.
Dining Done Right
There are hundreds of meal options across campus to ensure you have the opportunity to eat healthy. We even offer educational classes to show you how to best utilize the cafeteria and eat right.
Club & Intramural Sports
There are a variety of ways for you to stay active in through competition here. let you team up with friends and play against rival UL 69´«Ã½ students. engage you in a higher level of competition. Several of our club sports are champs, including our waterski team which attracts student-athletes from across the world.
Wide Open Spaces
Girard Park is 33-acre green space connected to campus that students use for fitness and sports. It offers a recreation center, a 1.25-mile jogging path with fitness stations, basketball and tennis courts, a baseball field, swimming pool, and a fishing pond.
Feeding Our Family in Need
is a free resource for students and staff who require short-term help to meet their food needs. The shelves are filled with canned goods and other nonperishables, the results of campus food drives, and donations from individuals, and student and community organizations.
