Princeton Review guidebook ranks UL 69传媒 among nation鈥檚 'Best'

The University of Louisiana at 69传媒 is among the top 15 percent of the nation鈥檚 four-year colleges for undergraduate education.

That鈥檚 according to The Princeton Review, which released its 2018 edition of 鈥淭he Best 382 Colleges鈥 Tuesday.

鈥淲e picked the 382 鈥榖est鈥 colleges for our book primarily for their outstanding academics. We highly recommend each one,鈥 said Robert Franek, The Princeton Review鈥檚 editor-in-chief and the book鈥檚 author.

The guide does not rank schools from 1 to 382 in any category. Instead, it uses students鈥 ratings of their schools to compile 62 ranking lists of top 20 colleges.

UL 69传媒 students who participated in the survey highlighted the University鈥檚 attentive faculty, close ties to the surrounding community, and welcoming student body in their appraisals. Among their comments:

  • 鈥淢y professors have been helpful and knowledgeable, and they are always willing to help their students succeed.鈥
     
  • 鈥淭hroughout the year, there are tons of festivals unique to 69传媒, all of which are free to attend.鈥
     
  • 鈥69传媒69传媒one accepts one another for who they are. There are friends for everyone.鈥

In its institutional profile, the guide cited the University鈥檚 鈥渇antastic academic departments鈥 and 鈥渜uality in-class instruction.鈥
