Biography
Dr. Alise C. Hagan has worked at UL 69´«Ã½ since 2008 and is currently a Senior Instructional Designer.
In 2021, Alise earned her doctorate in educational leadership from UL 69´«Ã½â€™s College of Education and Human Development. Her dissertation, Women Presidents of Higher Education Institutions: A Mixed-Method Phenomenological Study of the Relationship between Self-Efficacy, Transformational Leadership, Gender-Based Barriers, and Support Structures, was recognized with UL 69´«Ã½â€™s 2022 Distinguished Dissertation Award. She also holds a master’s degree from Auburn University (Auburn, AL) and a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University (Baton Rouge, LA).
